Inspection Trip Details
An overseas property Inspection Trip is usually 4 days, 3 nights. It allows you to view developments and properties and become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. Prior to your trip, a professional from our marketing department will arrange every last detail for you, leaving you to simply relax and enjoy the experience.



On a typical Inspection Trip, you will arrive on a Thursday to be met by one of our representatives at the airport, who will take you to your local hotel accommodation. Friday and Saturday will involve viewing properties that meet your requirements, leaving you free in the evenings to enjoy the local lifestyle. You will be taken back to the airport on Sunday for your return home. In 99% of these trips, our clients find their dream home by Saturday morning.



Booking an Inspection Trip
To book a property Inspection Trip, you don't need to know which properties you want to view. All you need to do is give our staff your budget and describe the type of property you’re looking for. Our experienced Sales Consultants will discuss our wide selection of developments and properties with you. Our standard package includes:

- 3 nights  / 4 days in a 4* Hotel double room by the beach including breakfast (subject to availability);

- 3 days of car hire (economy) or transfers between airport and hotel (your option);

- Full assistance during your stay to major points of interest in the area and properties with assistant speaking your language;

- We will refund you 250 Eur. if you decide to buy a property with TOPcasas - Silver Coast Estate Agents;
