Richard was born in Canada in 1977. He is married with Ana Constantino and father of his two children Rafael (10) & Matilde (7).

With studies in Business & Bank Management, he worked in the portuguese bank system for over 10 years in the Property Mortgage department.

Tired of the Banking System, he assumed the management of TOPcasas, in 2006.

Currently, apart of the development of strategic alliances with new partners for TOPcasas he helps clients getting the right mortgage and finalizing sales!

Although he is a young man, he has been envolved in several diferent areas/projects in the Silver Coast community such as:
-Politics & Public: was elected  to represent his former community (Bombarral) for 15 years!;
-Volunteer Firefighter, Ambulance driver & Paramedics for 8 years;
-Community Centre Projects: was envolved in different social, sports & cultural associations allong the Silver Coast;

Teresa was born in Bermuda and, at the age of 20 moved to Azores, Portugal. Since 2004 she has been living on the Silver Coast, the place of birth of her husband, and enjoying every bit of it.

Teresa has worked in different jobs and, in 2007, joined this very promising and dynamic team in the real estate industry.

Responsible, reliable and quite friendly, Teresa is the one to ask for property documents, contacts and much more! "Ask Marco!!"

Teresa enjoys travelling throughout Portugal every change she gets, getting to know the beautiful country we live in.

Marco was born and always lived in Caldas da Rainha, the main city of the Silver Coast area. He is a serious, calm and caring person with a natural service oriented attitude for business and negotiation. Working in the field of personal relations, in TOPcasas Estate Agents as a Sales Consultant.

After 5 years working he found the time was right to keep on the good work as he’s doing during all this time.

The Global Economy will be picking up soon, he believes, and Silver Coast  is one of the best places to invest for future. With all this situation, the choice for Alexandre was easy to still working hard and creating really good opportunities for all his clients.

Marco speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. 

He likes Golf and Football, without any specific club.

Nuno Constantino was born in Lisbon in 1972, at the age of six his family originally from Foz do Arelho (Silver Coast) decided to come back to the village, not like the other years as a holiday but to stay there living.
